Opera Repertoire

Leandros’ operatic repertoire has included a variety of starring and featured roles with opera houses and companies in the UK and other European countries.  These have included Zurga The Pearl Fishers, Dandini La Cenerentola, Belcore L’Elisir d’amore, Sid Albert Herring and Tarqunius The Rape of Lucretia.  Notable venues have included opera houses in Düsseldorf and Duisburg (while on contract with Deutsche Oper am Rhein), Antwerp and Cosenza.  As a lyric baritone with a secure and free top to his voice, Leandros is beginning to add some of the Baryton-Martin roles to his repertoire, most notably Debussy’s Pelléas.
